Amazon logistics center in Badajoz
Amazon’s new logistics center in Badajoz has implemented UDE’s IP-based public address system to broadcast background music and security announcements throughout its 60,000-square-meter facility, situated on a 150,000-square-meter site.
A total of 127 AP-760 acoustic spheres, 86 AP-106S and AP-210 ceiling speakers for the office area, cafeteria, and common areas, and 179 BP-720A exponential loudspeakers on mezzanine levels have been installed.
System management is centralized at the control station with the IPU-100P announcement console and the RM-101B player. To ensure optimal sound quality, our EP and EPD series power amplifiers were used, along with our IPU-100 modules and the IPU-360 SIP server for system monitoring and management.
This IP-based public address system ensures greater protection for all workers in case of emergency by allowing safety announcements in different areas of the facility, as well as providing a more pleasant working environment with the broadcast of background music.
