Repair request (RMA)

Follow these steps to request a repair:

1. Form

Fill in the form below with all the requested information. The more accurate you are, the faster we can process your request.

2. Authorisation

Once your request has been reviewed, we will send you the shipping authorisation along with your RMA number.

Please also check your spam folder.
3. Shipping

When you receive your RMA number, send the material — always with postage paid — to:

How to send the material

  • Include a copy of the purchase invoice.
  • Clearly indicate the RMA number on the delivery note.
  • Do not write on or stick labels on the original product packaging.
  • Only send the material corresponding to the assigned RMA.
  • The shipment must always be sent carriage paid.
