Last October, in the Basque city of San Sebastián, a new Basque Culinary Center complex was inaugurated: GOe (Gastronomy Open Ecosystem). A space dedicated to experimenting with gastronomic and scientific trends.

GOe comprises eight research and training kitchens, 10 laboratories, two coworking spaces covering more than 1,000 square meters, spaces for companies, classrooms and multipurpose kitchens, an auditorium with capacity for more than 200 people, as well as a restaurant, café and some 1,200 square meters of space for the public, where workshops, talks and conferences will be held.

It is therefore a place for experimentation, but also for training new professionals and a meeting point for the public.

Unión Desarrollos Electrónicos has contributed to the project with the EN54 UDEVAC-6000 Voice Evacuation System, as well as the loudspeakers installed in the different spaces. From ceiling panels for seamless integration to acoustic projectors for clear, intelligible sound in work areas.
